Patient FAQ

Do you accept walk-ins or same-day appointments?

We do our best to accommodate patients with dental emergencies on the same day. For routine appointments, we recommend calling ahead to schedule. Both offices are open Monday–Friday and Saturday.

Do you see patients who haven't been to the dentist in a long time?

Absolutely. Dr. Soto and her team are compassionate and judgment-free. Whatever your situation, we'll create a personalized plan to get your oral health back on track comfortably and affordably.

Is Dr. Soto a bilingual dentist?

Yes. Dr. Imelda Soto is a native Spanish speaker and conducts full consultations in both English and Spanish. The entire team at both offices is bilingual.

How do I know what my insurance will cover?

Call us with your insurance information and we'll verify your benefits before your appointment at no charge. We'll let you know exactly what's covered and what your estimated out-of-pocket cost will be.

What if I don't have insurance?

No insurance is not a barrier to care. We offer CareCredit financing and can discuss in-house payment plan options. Call us to learn about available options for your specific situation.

Do you offer emergency dental care?

Yes. If you're experiencing a dental emergency such as a broken tooth, severe toothache, or lost crown, call either office and we'll do our best to see you the same day.
